I use GOLFNOW when I’m trying to play and don’t feel like calling every course around me. It’s simple, you just look up what’s nearby and there are usually a bunch of times sitting there, even if it’s kind of last minute. Not much to overthink, it basically saves me the hassle and I can just pick a tee time and go

I’ve been using GOLFNOW for maybe a few months now, and it’s simple to use. I can pull up courses nearby in like a minute or two, check a handful of tee times, compare prices, and book without jumping through a bunch of screens. The filters are helpful, and I like that the prices show up right away so I’m not guessing. Checkout has been smooth every time so far. It definitely makes planning a round about 10 times less of a hassle.

The tee time itself was correct, but when we got to the course they only had us down for 2 players instead of 3. They did fix it, but it was annoying and made me a little distrustful after I had already paid. Not a huge disaster, just not as smooth as it should’ve been.

I just booked a tee time on GOLFNOW recently, and the payment part was smoother than I expected. Maybe it stood out more because I’d just dealt with another site that kept freezing, but this was quick and painless.
I used my card, the payment went through right away, and the confirmation showed up almost immediately. The charge was correct too, so I didn’t have to mess around with customer service or try the booking again.

Nothing fancy to say beyond that, it worked exactly like it should. Since it’s still fresh in my mind, I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

I’ve used golfnow a handful of times now, it just feels like one of those apps I can rely on. Every tee time I booked was there when I showed up at the course, which is really the main thing I care about. One time the pricing made me pause for a second because it wasn’t super clear, but my gut feeling was still that the booking itself was fine, and it ended up working out. Overall, solid experience.

"Honestly, the fee doesn’t bother me"
I get why people complain about fees, I really do, but with GOLFNOW I’m kind of fine with it. I can book a tee time in like two minutes, see what’s available, compare times, and move on with my day. And yeah, calling courses directly is always an option, but I never feel like doing that. Sometimes I’m just trying to figure out a quick weekend round, or check prices, or see if there’s something earlier. So for me, the convenience fee is worth it. Not my favorite thing ever, but it saves enough hassle that I don’t really think about it much.

I accidentally booked my tee time for the wrong day and thought I was going to be out of luck. I reached out to support, and they were actually really helpful. The person I talked to was friendly, didn’t make me feel rushed, and got it fixed quickly. If anyone else makes the same mistake, I’d definitely recommend contacting them instead of stressing about it. It was a lot easier than I expected.

I was able to save some money on a few solid tee times, which was awesome. The hot deals made it feel like a really good value, and I’d definitely check here again next time I’m booking a round.

“Yes, able to cancel but the amount paid is credited to your account, it's not refunded to you. Unsure if, but may be refunded if the course is closed due to (weather) conditions.”

If i cancel my tee time due to a hard rain how early do i have to cancel it? do i call the course or who?

“Call GN, they will call the course to verify the course is closed due to the weather. If the course is still open then GN won't honor the cancellation, unless your a VIP member (GoflPass+) with Worry-Free cancellation credits available.”

My question is, how can you contact golfnow. their phone lines hangs up on you. i booked a tee time for the wrong day, now i'm out $45. nice scam!
